President Steve Morris started our virtual meeting by welcoming members and guests.

Then Emily Moberly introduced our speaker, Justin Brooks, founder of the California Innocence Project. His presentation was engaging about the important work he and his team are doing, releasing innocent people from prison, often years after their convictions.

Next Elsa Morales-Roth from the Emilio Nares Foundation told us about the good work her organization is doing, encouraging members to support them with their time and donations.
