This team organizes the presentations and speakers for the recurring monthly meetings. The group seeks speakers that touch on timely topics and educational programs about San Diego and the community at large.

Membership - Team Captain: Justin and KarinaThis team is focused on recruiting, retaining and recognizing members. They help strategize about membership recruitment, aid in matching members with mentors and award members annually.

Community Impact Grants + Scholarships
This team addresses the needs of the San Diego Community and partners with organizations to help support specific projects that directly impact the youth in our community. Organizations apply for the grants and this group collectively decides on the yearly partners and projects. This group also presents checks to the partner organizations throughout the year.
This team also works with the local universities and key clubs to provide annual scholarships to students in need. The team reviews the applications and arranges for an annual awards ceremony in the Spring.
