President Steve Morris opened up our virtual meeting December 5 with a welcome to members and guests.
Then Karen Bower introduced our speaker, Matt Wood, Program Manager for San Diego's Short Term Residential Occupancy Program.
Matt gave an informative talk about the city's program, followed by Q&A.

Wendy Reuben donated two tickets to the USS Midway Museum's Jingle Jets, and Karen Bower won the auction for them!
