Doug Constantiner is the CEO and Founder of Societe Brewing Company, which opened in 2012 in San Diego, CA. Prior to Societe, Doug was an investment banker in New York but transitioned to craft beer in 2009 to pursue a career in brewing. He worked as a brewer in Southern California at both brewpubs and production facilities to learn as much as possible before starting his own business. Doug has successfully overseen the founding, growth, and execution of Societe's business goals over the past 13 years. Societe Brewing has won regional, national, and international awards and been named "Brewery of the Year" in San Diego multiple times. Doug lives in Del Mar, CA with his wife and two daughters. When he's not at the brewery, he enjoys time with his family, and if time time allows, golfing with friends.
